Vermont Leadership Series
Empower your family’s voice through training to advocate for positive social change and an inclusive Vermont.

Lead Change: Advocate for a Better Vermont
Are you ready to find your voice and advocate for change? The Vermont Leadership Series is an exciting training designed to empower Vermonters with developmental disabilities and their family members to become leaders for positive social change. Our program is for people from diverse backgrounds—whether you are a parent supporting a child, an adult living with a disability, or a grandparent taking on a new role. You’ll learn key lessons on leadership, effective communication, and disability rights. Through interactive workshops, panels, and exercises, you’ll gain legislative advocacy skills, build new partnerships, and increase your commitment to making Vermont a better, more inclusive place for everyone with a disability. We are so excited to offer this training again this year! You can find the information packet and application details to join us below.
