Act 264/Coordinated Services Plan Support
The Act 264 Board advises state leaders to shape quality, coordinated services for children with disabilities.

Advise and Shape Services for Children
The Act 264 Advisory Board is an important group made up of nine members appointed by the Governor, including an equal number of parents, advocates, and providers. This balanced group exists to advise key leaders in the Agency of Human Services and the Agency of Education, as well as Commissioners from the Departments of Mental Health, Child Welfare, and Disabilities. Their focus is on matters relating to children and adolescents with any disability and their families. This Board plays a vital role in advising on the development and status of the inter-agency system of care and setting yearly priorities to ensure these crucial services are working well for Vermont families.
