Connect with free, confidential peer support from experienced parents for resources and guidance on your child’s journey.

Your Free, Confidential Peer Support Starts Here
If you have concerns about your child’s health, education, or well-being, we’re here to listen and help. Our team is made up of parents who have children with special health needs or disabilities, so we truly understand the journey and offer support based on many years of experience. All conversations are free and confidential, and there are no eligibility requirements or forms to fill out. When you connect with us by calling (802) 876-5315 or emailing info@vtfn.org, we will listen to your needs, help you think through possible options, and point you toward practical resources. We want you to feel supported and know you don’t have to do this alone—you decide what works best for your family. Interpreters and translated program overviews are available upon request.
