Our support is free, confidential, and grounded in real experience from parents who’ve been there too.

    You can reach out to VFN by phone, email, or through our online form. A Family Support staff member will listen, answer questions, and help you understand your options. Support is always free and confidential.

    Yes. We can explain processes, help you prepare for meetings, and offer questions to ask your school or team. We don’t give legal advice, but we can help you feel more confident and informed.

    Yes. VFN hosts support groups for parents and caregivers, as well as Sibshops for siblings of children with disabilities or special health needs.
