Vermont Family Network is a statewide nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and youth, especially those with disabilities or special health needs, as well as supporting their families. Our work is grounded in listening, respect, and partnership. Many of our staff are parents and caregivers themselves, bringing lived experience and deep compassion to everything we do.
