Mental Health Resources
Friendly support connects families with resources, workshops, and one-on-one help for mental health.

Support Your Child’s Emotional Well-being
We know that supporting your child’s mental and emotional well-being is just as vital as their physical and educational needs. Our team is here to connect families and professionals with reliable information, trusted organizations, and practical tools to help strengthen mental health and resilience. Through our Family Support program, parents and caregivers can talk one-on-one with staff who truly understand the challenges of navigating mental health systems. We also offer helpful workshops and recorded webinars on topics like emotional regulation, managing stress and anxiety, and self-care for caregivers. You can also explore our Mental Health Resource Library, which includes links to statewide and national organizations, crisis support lines, and educational materials. We’re here to help you feel confident about taking the next step for your family’s emotional health.
